How do I reserve a GoKamp adventure?
Booking your adventure is easy! Click Reserve Now, choose your rental dates, and follow the steps to complete your reservation through our secure booking partner, Wheelbase.
Can I change my reservation?
Need to change your plans? Contact GoKamp as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the applicable reservation terms. We’ll help you understand your options.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the policy associated with your reservation. Review the cancellation terms provided during checkout or contact GoKamp if you have questions.

How old do I need to be to rent?
All drivers must be at least 25 years old and meet GoKamp’s eligibility and approval requirements.
Do I need a valid driver's license?
Yes! Every authorized driver must have a valid government-issued driver’s license and complete the required verification process.
Can someone else drive the Ranger Raptor?
Of course! Additional drivers are welcome as long as they’re approved by GoKamp before driving and meet all rental and insurance requirements.

Is insurance included with my rental?
GoKamp rentals include the applicable insurance or protection arrangements provided through our booking partner, Wheelbase. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements presented during booking. Be sure to review those details before your adventure.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. GoKamp requires a $1,500 refundable security deposit. The deposit may be used to cover eligible charges such as damage, excessive cleaning, or other amounts owed under your rental agreement. Any remaining balance is released or refunded according to the applicable rental terms.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
Accidents happen, and we’re here to help you through the process. Contact GoKamp promptly, follow the required reporting procedures, and document any damage. Your financial responsibility will depend on the rental agreement and applicable protection coverage.

Can I take the Ranger Raptor off-road?
The Ranger Raptor is adventure-ready, but GoKamp rentals are limited to paved roads and permitted, maintained dirt and gravel roads. Technical four-wheel-drive trails, rock crawling, and other prohibited off-road activities are not allowed.
Where am I allowed to travel?
Southern Utah is our home base, and you’re welcome to explore approved destinations in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. Travel must follow the geographic restrictions and permitted-road requirements in your rental agreement. Please note at this time we do not offer one-way rental options.
How much space is there in the vehicle for people and gear?
The GoKamp Ford Ranger Raptor is a four-door pickup with seating for up to five people. There’s room in the cab for passengers and personal belongings, while the truck bed carries much of the camping equipment.
For the most comfortable adventure, we recommend packing in soft-sided bags rather than large suitcases. Keep in mind that the rooftop tent is designed for two adults, so larger groups will need additional sleeping arrangements.

What camping equipment comes with my rental?
Your GoKamp adventure comes with more than just a Ranger Raptor! We’ve included the camping essentials so you can spend less time packing and more time exploring Southern Utah.
Here’s what’s included:
- Sleeping: Rooftop tent, fitted sheet, comforter, and pillows (one per person).
- Camp Setup: Camping chairs (one per person), camp table with sink, and indoor/outdoor lantern.
- Cooking: Blackstone® 17″ griddle with propane, pot and pan set, cooking utensils, campfire roasting forks, and can opener.
- Dining: Disposable dinnerware, cooking spray, salt, and pepper.
- Cleaning & Supplies: Dish soap, sponge, scrub brush, dish towel, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and storage bags.
- Safety: First aid kit and fire extinguisher.
- Other Essentials: Lighter.

Everything is designed to make getting out and exploring easier, whether you’re a first-time camper or a seasoned adventurer.
Is the rooftop tent difficult to set up?
Not at all! The iKamper Skycamp Mini is designed for convenient setup and takedown. We’ll walk you through operating the tent during your vehicle orientation so you feel comfortable before heading out.
Do I need to bring my own camping gear?
We’ve got most of the essentials covered!
Your Ranger Raptor comes equipped with an iKamper rooftop tent that sleeps two adults, complete with a fitted sheet, comforter, and pillows. We also provide camping chairs, cooking equipment, and other essentials to make your adventure comfortable.
Bringing extra adventurers? No problem! Additional dome tents are available to rent during booking, giving your group more sleeping space.
You’ll just need to pack your clothes, food, personal items, and any extras you’d like for your trip.

🚗 Pickup & Return
What to expect when picking up your Ranger Raptor and bringing it back.
Where do I pick up my rental?
GoKamp Adventures is conveniently located in the St. George, Utah area, putting you close to some of Southern Utah’s most incredible destinations!
Your exact pickup location, along with detailed instructions, will be provided with your confirmed reservation.
Need a ride? Local taxi services and rideshare options, such as Uber and Lyft, may be available to help you get to our pickup location. We recommend arranging transportation in advance to ensure a smooth start to your adventure.
We can’t wait to get you on the road!
Will someone show me how everything works?
Absolutely! Every rental includes an in-person orientation covering the Ranger Raptor, rooftop tent, camping equipment, and important operating and safety information.
What should I do before returning the vehicle?
Please remove your personal belongings, pack and secure all camping equipment, and return the vehicle in accordance with your rental agreement. Be sure to follow the fuel, cleaning, and return-time requirements.
🚙 Mileage & Cleaning
Everything you need to know about mileage allowances, fuel, and keeping your adventure vehicle in great shape.
How many miles are included with my rental?
Every GoKamp rental includes 200 miles per day, calculated across your entire reservation. For example, a four-day rental includes 800 miles, giving you flexibility to explore Southern Utah at your own pace.
What happens if I go over my included mileage?
No worries! Additional mileage is charged at $0.50 per mile.
Planning a longer adventure? We also offer an unlimited mileage option for $25 per day, which can be added during booking.
Do I need to clean the Ranger Raptor before returning it?
A little Southern Utah dust is part of the adventure!
We don’t expect the truck to come back spotless, but we do ask that you remove your trash, personal belongings, and any excessive dirt or debris.
Excessive mud, stains, or unusually dirty conditions may result in additional cleaning fees.

What should I do if I'm involved in an accident?
Your safety comes first! Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is injured or emergency assistance is needed.
Once you’re safe, contact GoKamp as soon as possible to report the incident. Take photos, document what happened, and follow the accident reporting procedures outlined in your rental agreement.
We’re here to help you navigate the next steps.
What happens if the Ranger Raptor breaks down?
Don’t worry! If you experience a mechanical issue, safely pull over and contact GoKamp for assistance.
We’ll help you determine the next steps and coordinate assistance when necessary.
Please don’t attempt repairs or authorize service without contacting us first, unless immediate action is necessary for safety.
What if I get stuck or need roadside assistance?
Even the best adventures can come with unexpected challenges!
If you get stuck, experience a flat tire, or need roadside assistance, find a safe location and contact GoKamp.
We’ll help you evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action. Please avoid attempting dangerous vehicle recoveries.
Keep in mind that towing, recovery, and roadside assistance charges may be your responsibility depending on the circumstances and your rental agreement.

Can I camp anywhere during my adventure?
One of the best parts of overlanding is discovering incredible places to camp!
Southern Utah offers everything from established campgrounds to dispersed camping opportunities on certain public lands.
However, camping isn’t permitted everywhere. Always check local regulations, land management rules, fire restrictions, and permit requirements before setting up camp.
